S.M.A.C.K.D.O.W.N.

Week 3 of DDPY in the books. I am currently doing the standing with chair program. I can stand well enough but I sometimes have issues with balance and with getting up and down. I’m down 4 lbs so far. I’ve been sticking to the workout plan well. The food changes are harder for me. I am definitely eating better but I definitely am still struggling as well. I especially struggle on the weekends when it’s easier to eat out or grab some take out. It’s a work in progress.

The intro video this week was about writing down your goals and using the S.M.A.C.K.D.O.W.N. method. I did this a couple weeks ago when I started, but I thought I’d share it with you. Keep on keepin’ on.
